Online Shop
The Site provides an online platform through which you could browse, shop for, preorder, reorder, order and/or purchase CAR2IE products.
Product Availability
CAR2IE's products are sold through the Site on a 'first come, first served' basis, and are subject to the availability of the product. Please note that products placed in your "shopping cart" are not reserved. The product(s) which you have placed in the "shopping cart" remains available as long as you do not clear your browser's local storage. Where the product(s) which you have placed in the "shopping cart" has been sold out, you will receive an automatic notification to that effect.
Product Representation
CAR2IE may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and CAR2IE makes no commitment to update the materials on the site with respect to such products and services.
The colours of products seen on www.car2ie.com will depend on the monitor and it can vary from the accurate colour of the product. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible on the display of the colours, the materials, lining, leather and so on. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Please avoid storing CAR2IE items in humid areas and avoid long periods of sun exposure, especially for the earrings, please storing inside the sealed bag to avoid the oxidation of silver parts.
Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honoured except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
All prices are shown in HK Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Your total order price will include the price of the product(s) plus any shipping charges. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery date.
CAR2IE reserves the right to change prices for products at any time.
Payment Terms
We accept Paypal, Visa and MasterCard payment. We do not accept cheque or cash on delivery.
You will be charged at the time of placing the order and an order confirmation will be sent to your email. By submitting an order to us through our website you warrant that the payment details provided by you are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed, payment will be made in full. All payments made on www.car2ie.com are processed securely using HTTPS and payment is debited from your card at the time of the order being processed.
Shipping
In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, CAR2IE is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
