We process and ship orders from our Hong Kong warehouse Monday-Friday. All orders will be processed within 2 business days.
International Express - delivery within 3 to 5 days.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and tracking link to the respective carrier.
All prices are exclusive of tax and duties. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

We accept return and exchange of unused goods within 14 days of goods delivered. To return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason and your order number to request for a Return Address. We will send you further instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. Item(s) must be unworn and shipped with original packaging, including accompanying commercial invoice.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping - please send the item(s) through a method with tracking as CAR|2IE is not responsible for any returned packages not received. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
If in the rare instance that you find a purchase is (i) damaged during transit; (ii) suffers from a manufacturing defect; and/or (iii) has been wrongly delivered to you, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with details of the damaged, faulty and/or wrongly delivered product(s) and we will take care of it.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items or items with promotion code (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or items with promotion code cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you further instructions. Please note that the exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charge.
